We accept returns for Exchange.
Credit Card Refunds are for FULL PRICED Items only.
All DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE.
All our face masks are FINAL SALE.
We only accept returned merchandise that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged and any original tags still on.
All Returns must be pre-approved. Please request a return by emailing or call us at 617-5362610 within 10 days of receipt of your order with reason for return. All Returns must have the Return Authorization number in the package. We must receive the return package within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise.
Betsy Jenney is not responsible for missing packages. We recommend Returns must be made with a traceable carrier and must be insured to the full amount of the items.

We apologise that shipping charges for your order are not refundable and return shipping is at your expense. If you received free shipping on your order but returned it, we will deduct shipping fee on your refund.
